At Aran Woollen Mills, we want you to be delighted with your authentic Irish knitwear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Pack Your Items
Ensure the garments are in their original, unworn condition with all Aran Woollen Mills tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
